The party is over.

Was a great evening, much food, many memories, more food and then we finish the evening with movie and Elins tasty cookies.

On the dinner table we had, crayfish, shrimps, mackerel, vegetarian pie, small cheespies, garlic bread, 2 other crackers, frutes, 2 softchees and finally brie.

So you maybe see it was plenty of food on the table.

Movied into the tvroom and tried to start my DVD that I havent been using for over 1,5 year. But in the end we got it to work (after 5 time). We saw ''The proposal'' a crazy boss forcing her assistant to marry her becouse he visa is expired. Funny crazy movie with a happy ever after.

Like every girl like...

Under the movie we drank Elins tea (rose and rhubarb) also her cookies, I dont remamber the name on them. But they were really good!

The last preparations are now taking place for the party.

Just some bread and pies that are gonna be heated up just before serving.

So I accerly got 2 hours over, that I can do what I want. Meybe get some other clothes on... I mean now when its party. Im just used to go here at home alone so I never dress up in more then jeans and a clean t-shirt.

Oh my hair, what should I do about that. Well Im not a fashion person so the simple things are the best!

Anyway dressing up and hair takes 30 min so I got 1,5 hour to rest...

I can tell you that my cousin from Örebro was here. We ate food at grandmums house, meat, potatos and sause. Normal swedish food. For dessert we got applepie and vanilla icecream! Yummieee!

Lots of talking all did, about old relatives, work and what you can make out of plums.

Now she left to her friend to help her finish the cleaning of the summer house. But sadly for them it just started to rain...an its not raining alittle eather. Its raining alot!!!

Hopefully it will be over soon...but as weather on Gotland. As fast it has started it will be holding in for some time.

Throw yourself into the wall bed becouse here I come for some rest!

Its starting to get little hard to wake up at 8 every moning now.

Its black in my room, no sun is coming through anymore.

Fall is coming with dark clouds and strong wind.

Temperature is around 15 and the rain can fall on your head any minute.

This is when I miss Turkey the most...

Still you can swim in ocean, drink cay without geting overheated and you no longer looking for shadow to walk under.

The perfect time in Turkey is now, September.

Ohhh, I miss!

InsAllah I will sing this song for my kids one day in the future...

Hush little baby

\\: Hush little baby, pure and small,

He created you, he created us all.

Hush little baby, don't you feel,

We never alone, when Allah so near.

Hush little baby, breathing so calm,

He protect us all, and keep us from harm.

Hush little baby, still and serene,

You are a Muslim, ISLAM, your DEEN. :\\

I want to give you a recipe that I learned in Turkey.

Kizarmis Karnabahar (Fried Cauliflower)

½ head Cauliflower

salt

½ lemon

water

- Cut the ½ head in small pieces.

- Put it in a pot, squeeze out the lemon juice and you can also leave the lemon in. (The lemon is just so the cauliflower shall not smell bad under cooking.)

- Boil it so the cauliflower get soft but still little crispy, if it is to soft it will be hard to work with later.

1 glas flour

2-3 eggs

salt

kirmizi beber (red paprika powder) if you dont have you can use black pepper.

oli (NOT olive oli)

- Let it get cold before you put on the flour. Otherwise it will be like a sticky dough
and we dont want that. The flour is used to keep everything together.

- whip the eggs fast together put salt (If you did add under the boiling moment you dont need much now) and kirmizi beber into the egg.

- Now when you turned the cauliflower in the flour you turn it in the egg mix, leave it in a hot pan with oli. You dont need much oli, just on bottom. If you put to much the cauliflower will get boiled once more and it supose to get fried.

- Cook it so it get golden brown all around. When its done leave it on a piece of paper to dry the oli off.

Serv this with:

Garlic sause

Turkish yoghurt

garlic

- Squeeze the garlic into a bowl with yoghurt, mix it and poor it over the cauliflower right before serving.

Afiyet Olsun!!  Bon Appetit!!  Smaklig måltid!!

YES!! Im done with all cleaning! All morning I have been cleaning in windows, whole bathroom, whole kitchen, lamps, vacuum-clean an then wipe the floor. So now it smells great everywhere!

Now I will do some preparations for tomorrows party. Boil new crayfish broth and make the pie so it will bring out the flavors more.

Pick out the china we are gonna use so I dont need to do any extra work tomorrow.

No time to sit here anymore!

Up and jump and move my ass...burda hicbir sisko!

I dont like the Turkish army.

They are standing there on duty middel of night and freezing.

Can not shower when they want,

can not be on internet,

can just watch music channel on tv, so no idea what is going around outside.

No good food and no rest.

I can just make dua and wish he will be there 119 days later.

Today 10 people died in Gecitli, Turkey.

A bus got blowed up of the terror group PKK.

Its no far away from Agri, which makes my so worried.

Also sad for those who lost their sons, husbands and dad.

Its nothing more borring to read about people complaining or their sickness.

But Im sorry I have to be one of them today.

I got stomach ache, headache, toothache and little feeling to womit...

I havent been able to do any, just been laying in bed cold as ice.

I watched a romantic comedy movie (No Reservations).

I made my husbands famous Nane cayi to get some heat in my body, and it helps every single time!

Nane Cayi    (Mint tea)

2 tsp mint in a tea-strainer that you leave in a glas,

pour over hot bouling water.

Add 1 tsp honey and some lemon juice.

Let it drew for some minutes so it get a green color.

Sit back nice and cozy and enjoy it!
