I just received a call from my husband! Feels great to hear that he is okay. He has a week off from army duty becouse he have some problem with his knee. So now he is just laying in bed and reading borring books about army, statistics and laws. Not so funny...

Also he havent been able to be online on internet those days I have been off seen I came up here to Örebro. So I have been feeling little lonely and down.

So this call was amazing!

I really miss him! Im looking at photos listening to songs that reminds me of him, which just makes everything worse...

Todays we have 84 days, 13 hours left till we meet up in Mersin again.

And havent been with him seen 24 june......

So I would now like to share it to you all..!!

Today I made Erişte Corbasi, its one of my favorite turkish soups. Its made out of lentil and a special makarna (pasta), but could probably work with usual pasta.

Erişte Corbasi

1 glas lentil

3-4 hands with makarna (pasta)

1 chicken extract cube

1-2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp pepper paste

salt

oil (not olive oil)

25 g butter

1 tsp dry mint

1 tsp dry red pepper

Do like this:

Boil the lentil until it starts geting soft, put in the extract cube, tomato paste, pepper paste and salt. After you add the makarna.

When makarna and lentil are soft you melt butter and put in little oil. When the butter starts to bubble you add mint and red pepper into and then pore it in the soup. You decide yourself how much butter and spices you want, for more healty just less butter and more oil.

Finally home from work.

It was really nice to see my friends again. But work was chaos most of the time, many new that have lots of questions and things are not as they are supose to be. In some days it will work better!

Me and Steffie had responsibility for brewery coffe, which was more choas as it ever have been. Our matchine was recently fixed but after all it dident fix it....

So we had to use the old matchine.

And the coffe bags was 500 gram instead of 250 gram...which is simply counted. But when we put the coffe in and it was boiling it dident become coffe! So we put more coffe and more and more. So in all confusion we had this problem and in 2 hours we had to have 60 liter coffe!! Not an easy task...

But we made it! so tomorrow we hope a guy can come and fix it.

When we were gonna finish our wallets the cash start to fuck up and we cant get out the rapport and not register any tip (I got much by the way). So our bartender that is an angle called back-up and everything got fixed.

Damn it why they have to chang everything and much of it is silly...

Ohhh!! Well its great its over and I can go to bed with good conscience!

Just 61 days, 10 hours left till my boat goes home...

Now Im sitting here in my new room.

Its raining outside, and I got a cold with me from island. Not funny, it was really hard to drive all that way. Luckely I have my brother in Esilstuna so thats on half way, so could get some freash air.

And all night I have been half awake becouse of sickness, could not breath and it was rinning all the time from my nose.

When I came to the house Im now staying, it was just start to unpack all my stuff. Now everything is starting to take its place but I havet got all my clothes in becouse I have no space for it.

Now Im just sitting here and waiting time to pass, at 16 work start and that will not be funny when Im sick. I dont know if Im super happy over working at all. But now Im here and have to make the best out of if!

I feel so restless! I have nothing to do. No cat to clap and no dog that needs to go out walking. Nothing to do in garden. And internet dosent work well!! Its not good for me, I cant have msn and facebook on on the same time and if I do have it goes so fast so everything lock it self. Im in great need of internet!! Especially when Gökhan is online...

So hopefully internet will have better speed in some days.

وَيَهۡدِى بِهِۦ كَثِيرً۬ا‌ۚ وَمَا يُضِلُّ بِهِۦۤ إِلَّا ٱلۡفَـٰسِقِينَ

Lo! Allah disdaineth not to coin the similitude even of a gnat or anything above that. Those who believe know that it is the truth from their Lord; but those who disbelieve say: What doth Allah wish (to teach) by such a similitude? He misleadeth many thereby, and He guideth many thereby; and He misleadeth thereby only miscreants;
