Chicken Jakob

2 chicken filé

1-2 banana

3 dl vhipped cream

grated cheese

curry

salt

white peper

(red peper)

Roast the chicken in a pan with butter and spice it up with salt and white peper.

When the chicken gets ready on low fire you can under the time whipp the cream, put in as much curry you like to (between 1-3 tsp should be enough but it depend on how fresh the curry is) I also put in some turkish red pepper to get a little more hot feeling.

When the chicken is done put them in a ovenproof dish, then the slized banana (you can put peenuts too but I think it gets to much and to salty) Pure on the curry cream and as finish you sprinkle the grated cheese.

Place it in the oven on 200 C until its golden brown. Serv with rice and vegetable.

Today Gökhan and I was gonna go and look at the hotel that we have been thinking to have our wedding.

When we came there the receptionist said boss was out eating and that we should come back 15 min later. So we went to their cafe down the area. We meet up with Serkan and drank tea. Gökhan and I also had a worlds fight about how a wedding is suppose to be. Gökhan says we should not spend money at it and I say its the day I can be a princess. I understand that we should not spend too much money becouse we will need them for apartment and all furnitures. And never know when we will get an income again! (By the way we dident take that job in Marina.)

After our fight and we are little more agree we walk up to see the boss but then they say he left to the dentist. Talk about our luck!

To make this day better we went to forum and ate Iskender kebap, last time for me for at least 5 weeks. I am going home to Sweden on thursday which I have shared feeling for.

After we went to kusimato street and the guys played backgammon and I was falling to sleep like I always do then I hear the sound of it.

When Serkan lost so badly we went to eat dessert instead with was much better for me! Ahahah!

Now I am gonna play OKEY on internet and maybe later we will have our last movie night. Oh man I am getting sad now ... I am leaving soon and I havent realized it!

I am happy, tired and very pissed off!!

From 10 am until 9 pm we have been at picnic, we have been at barstreet and played backgammon and we have bee fighting with our dear to drunk friend ... They have been smoking very badly so I have had alot of trouble with my asthma and that dident give me more patient with them.

Right now Gökhan is downloading a movie, he made me yoghurt when I was dishing picnic stuff. So I am strting to get down to earth again!

Dede just came home from friday pray and on his way home he bought fresh almond. Turks normally eating this just how it is or with little salt.

Its so good!

Then the last day of march have come.

A day that I have been spending 1 hour in the bathroom scrubing and rubing, now its so shinning even between all the tiles. The toilet looks like it should be now, AND the one that shits in it now I will not be happy on!

Actually I was gonna write about something much more pleasant ...

Like this - One year ago me, Gökhan and Esma was always going out to walk and let Esma to play in parks. And it was much better weather then it is now. Now I still have to have my jacket on maybe not in daytime but absolutely on nighttime, but a cardigan I must have all the time.

Last year we could walk around with t-shirt in middle of march. Here is a photo we took  last year when we went to eat kebap in a new open restaurant.

Just becouse I am leaving the heat is starting to come!! Now we are gonna go out and enjoy our last week together for this time. In the basket we have çay, nuts and I think I will snuggle down something sweet too!

This sunday we went to picnic in the mountains with Ali and Erman. We were supose to leave at 9 am but Ali overslept and we called him and he said he will be ready in 1 hour. We were ready at 10, we took all stuff and food down the stairs. But he did not come and we called him and he said his was on his way but the time went, so we sat next to our doorway for 1 hour and waited. Funny when you think about it now afterwards but not so funny then.

Finally he came and we picked up Erman, drove up to the picnic area and when we were pasking up Alis food we see that he had been taking the wrong meet and that it was stone frozen! Ali bu (Thats Ali) ... Hahaha!! So Ali and Erman of they go to find a store close to there and buy some chicken.

Under the time I did sallad and Gökhan was fixing the fire, they came back just in time when the fire was perfect. We did BBQ on chicken breast, chicken wings, pepper and mushroom.

When we almost was done Ermans parents joined us and they brougth lamb chops and more mushrooms so once more we did BBQ and we still had some fish left that we had not yet done. Alittle later also Ermans girlfriend came just in time when I was  preparing çay.

The evening came and we went looking after wood and we made up a fire, we sat there joking had such fun.  I had some of my kladdkaka and the guys had been buying tatil from a car that drove around to the diffrent park in the area.  Also we had grilled marshmellow and seeds as dessert.

Lovelly day!

Well my morning started already before 7 am when I hear Gökhan ask me - " Lets go out walking?!" and I had not even been thinking the thought to wake up yet. My answer to him was - " Are you kidding me? I am trying to sleep here."

Gökhan could not fall back to sleep so he went up and 5 min later I hear he is in kitchen and has started to make breakfast. I get up and took his hand, turn of the boiling çay. I drag him back to bed, hold him close to me and I make him lay there for 2 more hours. We cuddle, laught and everything was just like as a wonderful morning should be.

Now we are sitting here full after a long breakfast. All the woman in the house is here and they are gonna make bread and some börek over open  fire in garden. Which means I will have problem with my asthem so I am thinking we maybe should go for that walk now ...
