[4:154]

وَرَفَعۡنَا فَوۡقَهُمُ ٱلطُّورَ بِمِيثَـٰقِهِمۡ وَقُلۡنَا لَهُمُ ٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡبَابَ سُجَّدً۬ا وَقُلۡنَا لَهُمۡ لَا تَعۡدُواْ فِى ٱلسَّبۡتِ وَأَخَذۡنَا مِنۡہُم مِّيثَـٰقًا غَلِيظً۬ا

.

And We caused the Mount to tower above them at (the taking of) their covenant: and We bade them: Enter the gate, prostrate! and We bade them: Transgress not the Sabbath! and We took from them a firm covenant.

Och Vi orsakade berget till torn över dem på (tagande av) deras förbund: Och vi bjöd dem: Skriv porten, liggande! och vi bad dem: överträda sabbaten! och vi tog ifrån dem ett starkt förbund.

[4:155]

فَبِمَا نَقۡضِہِم مِّيثَـٰقَهُمۡ وَكُفۡرِهِم بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَقَتۡلِهِمُ ٱلۡأَنۢبِيَآءَ بِغَيۡرِ حَقٍّ۬ وَقَوۡلِهِمۡ قُلُوبُنَا غُلۡفُۢ‌ۚ بَلۡ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡہَا بِكُفۡرِهِمۡ فَلَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلاً۬

Then because of their breaking of their covenant, and their disbelieving in the revelations of Allah, and their slaying of the prophets wrongfully, and their saying: Our hearts are hardened - Nay, but Allah set a seal upon them for their disbelief, so that they believe not save a few – 

.

Då på grund av deras brytning av sitt förbund, och de inte tror på de uppenbarelserav Allah, och deras slaktande av profeterna felaktigt, och att de säger: Våra hjärtan ärförhärdade - Nej, men Allah som ett sigill på dem för deras otro, så att de tror inte att spara några –

[4:156]

وَبِكُفۡرِهِمۡ وَقَوۡلِهِمۡ عَلَىٰ مَرۡيَمَ بُہۡتَـٰنًا عَظِيمً۬ا

And because of their disbelief and of their speaking against Mary a tremendous calumny;

.

Och på grund av deras misstro och deras tala mot Maria ett enormt förtal;

One more day of oruc is done and I have now just 10 days left to complet. Yesterdays oruc was so hard, I had heavy migraine! To work was a pain, to sit there infront of the computer and boss yelling. It was hard!

Today it have been much better. Little hard when I was at town to shop the last things for the wedding. When I stod there in a fitting room I feelt small bloodsuger dip but the clock was around 1 pm so its normal. After I came home from town I jumped strait into my sofa and I sleept there 2 hours until I woke up because I was so cold. I had the door open to get some freash air in the apartment. So I went to my bed instead and sleept there 2 more hours. So all afternoon I have been sleeping. I hope I can fall to sleep tonight!

Rest of the evening I have been doing some work, we resived all students bus cards last friday. Because I am going to Mersin for 5 weeks I feelt that I wanted to finish this so my substitute dont have to do anything with it, just give the cards to kids. And now its done!

Now I will sit back and watch a movie!
